I am incredibly proud to announce that Rickard Luckin has been awarded a 1 star accreditation by Best Companies, in our first year of participation.

According to Best Companies , “ A 1 Star accreditation from Best Companies is a significant achievement that shows an organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously…. the 1 Star accreditation signifies 'very good' levels of workplace engagement.

Our team have shown incredible adaptability and resilience throughout the pandemic, and I am delighted that their collective efforts to stay connected and engaged across the firm have been recognised in this way.

Of course, I’m biased, but I believe we have a very special culture here at Rickard Luckin, built up over many years by staying true to our core values of Passionate, Personal and Professional. Therefore, I’m delighted to have this recognised through the external, independent benchmark that Best Companies provides.

Whilst a 1 star accreditation is a huge achievement, we won’t be resting on our laurels. We now have a deeper understanding of what we are doing well and where we need to do more for our team, so I look forward to working with our fabulous Best Companies Champions from across the firm to continually improve the employee experience for everyone at Rickard Luckin.
