Rickard Luckin advised the shareholders of Aspraes Limited on its acquisition of Beaumont & Fletcher Limited
Aspraes is an artisan soft furnishings and upholstery provider, that collaborates with interior designers to bring their visions to life.
From initial concept to final installation, Aspraes offers passion in every step of the process, from technical guidance to site surveys, through to installation.
The client approached Rickard Luckin for support and advice in relation to acquiring Beaumont & Fletcher, a business that had a long running relationship with Aspraes. We assisted the shareholders to raise funding to facilitate the transaction.
Beaumont & Fletcher, situation on Fulham Road in the city, is a luxury British interiors business and supplier of hand embroidery, furniture, lights, mirrors, and fabrics. The business made an ideal target for Aspraes to expand via acquisition.
The Rickard Luckin Corporate Finance Team was led by Mark Brooks and Ella Young, who project managed the acquisition process for Aspraes. We supported the buyer throughout and helped to negotiate and execute the transaction through to completion.
Ella Young said of the transaction “It was a pleasure to work with Chris Williams on this acquisition, supporting him to realise his goal of expanding Aspraes and enabling the sellers of Beaumont and Fletcher to realise their exit objectives. I wish the businesses the best of luck for the future and look forward to seeing what they achieve as a group.”
Tees provided legal advice to the sellers. Brachers provided legal advice to the buyer.
