Rickard Luckin were once again, in attendance at this year’s Essex Young Farmers Show at Boyton Hall sponsored by P Tuckwell Ltd.
Held on Sunday 20th May at Boyton Hall in Roxwell, the show attracted over 15,000 visitors who were out enjoying the sunshine and the attractions and displays on offer throughout the day. The biggest ring at the show housed the most exciting, interesting and fun filled events throughout the day.
Visitors watched as the Steam Engines & Vintage Tractors chugged through the ring and not forgetting, the legendary Young Farmers lawn mower racing. The end of the day was marked with the showdown of the Young Farmers year, the tug of war final where everyone saw the men & women pull their way to victory. There was also plenty to see and do around the show itself including a livestock area, fairground rides and a wide range of trade and food stands to enjoy.
Those who attended the event were invited to pay a visit to Rickard Luckin’s ringside marquee, where they could chat to a member of the agricultural team and enjoy plenty of well-deserved refreshments including bacon rolls, warm pastries, afternoon tea and Pimms in the sunshine.
