Coming hot on the heels of the appointment of Dan Garside as Client Service Director in Southend, award-winning Essex accountancy firm Rickard Luckin is pleased to announce a second new leadership appointment.
Steve Revill will join the firm on 10th July in the newly-created role of Commercial Director. Steve’s appointment is an ambitious and future-focused move that further underlines Rickard Luckin’s investment in leadership and its continuous commitment to growth.
As Commercial Director, Steve’s responsibilities include the leadership of the marketing function, where his initial focus will be on elevating the firm’s market proposition, setting clear differentiation from its competitors and helping to develop the firm’s business strategy.
Additionally, Steve will also be working closely with all parts of the business to help fulfil their potential and continue to enhance and develop the firm’s future service offering.
Janis Osborne, Managing Director of Rickard Luckin, welcomed Steve’s appointment and commented:
“I am delighted to welcome Steve to the Rickard Luckin team. With three offices, it’s very much a one firm approach where our culture and values mean the client is at the heart of everything we do. Steve totally gets this and his ability to think strategically, engage and communicate will help us all to be the best we can be. And who will benefit the most from this? Our clients!”
Steve Revill joins Rickard Luckin following a successful twenty-year career that spans in-house and international consulting roles across a broad range of industry sectors. He has also assumed several strategic, marketing and functional leadership positions with prominent organisations including Hewlett-Packard, Barclays, the Royal Bank of Scotland and BDO LLP. He is a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Steve Revill made the following comments:
“I am delighted to be joining Rickard Luckin at such an exciting time in the firm’s development and growth. The culture and values of the firm, combined with the quality and friendliness of the team, made it an easy decision to return to an in-house role. I look forward to working with Janis and the Board to help realise the firm’s potential over the months and years ahead.”
