Rickard Luckin is delighted to announce that David Rose has returned to the firm as an Associate .

David joined us originally in 2021 as a Corporate Tax Manager in our Chelmsford office. After a short time away, we are pleased to announce that David has re-joined us as an Associate in our Tax Team.

Having gained some further experience within the area of research and development (R&D) tax relief, David’s role will involve him supporting corporate clients in tax advisory projects and HMRC enquiries.

Commenting on David’s reappointment, Jamie Nice, Tax Director, said: “David made a big impression in the relatively short time he was with us before, with his excellent tax knowledge and pro-active commercial approach.

“At Rickard Luckin, we are as passionate about the development of our staff as we are our service to clients. It’s a pleasure to welcome David back to the firm, and we look forward to his involvement in both the tax and leadership teams.”

David comments: “I’m excited to return to Rickard Luckin to help with the continued expansion of the Business Tax Team, and to launch a new Tax Investigations and Dispute Resolution service for our clients.”

David joins our already strong Tax Team, spanning across three offices in Basildon, Chelmsford and Southend. Offering services from tax planning, compliance and investigation, our tax experts can offer advice and support to relieve you of all pressures and uncertainties.
