Victoria Thatcher is Head of Payroll at Rickard Luckin having previously worked for a large audit and accountancy firm in London.
Our payroll service is bespoke and tailored to suit the needs of the client, whether they are a small director-only client or a large corporate firm. We have team members who specialise in various fields covering a wide range of industries and technicalities.
Victoria has a solid payroll background having started out as a trainee in her earlier London based career and then progressed to managing the SME and Partnerships payroll teams. This has provided her with a considerable understanding of the entire payroll process and offers her clients the advantage of a service fulfilling all of their requirements.
Having originally started out as a trainee payroll administrator, Victoria also studied for her HND in Accounting and Finance. Juggling these two areas meant that Victoria quickly adapted to the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of payroll. In particular, Victoria loves the problem-solving aspect of this field and likes to find efficiencies in the processes.
Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys running and has previously taken part in the Brighton and Cambridge half marathons. She also has a passion for travelling, mountain climbing and cycling. Victoria also likes to give back to the community by volunteering at her local animal shelter where she walks the dogs and feeds the animals.
